Could you offer Elsie a forever home?

Meet Elsie♥

This little beauty was brought in to our Cardiff Hospital as stray a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, she wasn't microchipped and her owners haven't come forward. She's roughly around 8-12 weeks old and will need to be vaccinated and neutered when she is a little older.
