Help Soothe Your Pet's Aches and Pains with Laser Therapy!

Therapeutic lasers have been scientifically proven to help reduce pain in both humans and animals.
Laser therapy is a pain-free, drug-free, surgery-free treatment option that is very useful to help us treat painful, chronic inflammatory conditions, such as osteoarthritis. It is also very beneficial after accidental trauma and surgery, speeding the healing processes and reducing pain, swelling and inflammation. We even use laser therapy in some neurological conditions and skin diseases.
The laser beam is delivered to the affected area through a non-invasive hand piece. Your pet will just feel a gentle, soothing warmth. As the laser is administered, most pets completely relax, much like you do when experiencing a good massage. We are even able to successfully treat very nervous animals, due to the relaxing nature of the treatment.
Treatment of each site takes only a matter of minutes.
Eye protection needs to be worn by the laser operator and anyone in close proximity to the laser probe. The eyes of the patient are always directed away from the treatment area, or they are covered with a towel, or protective goggles.
If you think your pet may benefit from laser therapy, please contact us and book an appointment to discuss this treatment option further.
One of our clients, Julie Ingram told us...
"My dog has had long term muscular skeletal problems and with her advancing years has appeared stiff, painful and very distressed at night. Since the very first session of the class iv laser therapy she has slept every single night (almost three months now). She is now back jumping on the sofas, running freely and appears very happy with life. Even her sensitive bowels are more stable now, maybe because she is less stressed from pain and poor sleep.
I have also been able to withdraw her regular pain relief medication and she appears not to need it at all now. I would thoroughly recommend trying laser therapy as it has been so heart warming to see my girl feeling so well again. I thank Valley Vets from the bottom of my heart for being forward thinking enough to try out this new and exicting form of treatment."
