New Vets Practice in Pentyrch
Valley Vets have great pleasure in announcing the acquisition of a fourth, fully self contained, surgery in Pentyrch, previously known as Caroline O'Connor's Veterinary Practice.
Caroline has built up a very successful veterinary practice in Pentyrch over the past ten years but now feels the time is right to take the practice forward, improve on existing client services and develop new services/facilities.
To help in the achievement of this goal, Caroline’s practice has joined the three other existing Valley Vets branches at Ystrad Mynach, Caerphilly and Cardiff. The surgery will be re-branded in time.
Caroline, together with Cathy and Rachel, will continue to work at Pentyrch. They will now be part of a team of ten veterinary surgeons and twenty five support staff and have easy access to a greater range of equipment and facilities than was possible previously.
Valley Vets strongly believe in the provision of client:vet continuity whenever possible. We always encourage our clients to ask to see the same vet when following a case through from start to finish, as we feel that this benefits the client, vet and most importantly our patients. As we integrate the two veterinary services over the next few weeks this may not always be possible. We apologise in advance for this.
We have already secured the employment of an experienced veterinary surgeon who will be starting in May and will work alongside Caroline. He will, together with Caroline provide the continuity we value. We would like to thank all our clients that have supported our surgeries, and I hope your support will continue in this new and exciting venture.
